Lakewood Park Manor (LPManor) is a fully licensed independent
and assisted living facility. We are located in Downey, minutes from
shopping centers, restaurants, medical offices and hospitals. Lakewood
Park Manor is family owned and operated. Our goal is to make each of
our seniors feel that they are at home by providing a family
environment where they'll be loved and cared for in their later years
of life.
Our staff is hired because of their experience and capability but even
more so because of the consideration and sensitivity they show to our
seniors. They assist the residents with any services required and
always with a smile. Our staff cares for each senior as if they were
their own family members. Several of our staff members have been with
us for a number of years and we truly feel that they rank among the
best!
Lakewood Park manor consistently addresses the needs and concerns of all the residents. Each person is treated as a fammily member.
Noble roots since 1983
Our family established Lakewood Park Manor in 1983 in the hopes of creating a safe haven for adults to enjoy their later years in life. We also wanted to offer peace of mind to family members of our seniors so they can rest assured that their loved ones are receiving the best care possible.
We take into consideration all facets of a person's health including physical, mental and emotional well-being to be sure each of our seniors enjoys a full, happy and rewarding lifestyle at Lakewood Park Manor. Our seniors, their families and our staff all believe whole-heartedly that we have achieved our goal. Lakewood Park Manor is truly exceptional and we strive every day to keep it that way.
